Cannes 2017: All Our Favourite Red Carpet Looks YET

If the past is indicative of anything at all, you’ll know that the Cannes Film Festival has always been celebrated for its elaborate red carpet looks. And this year’s turnout has been as awesome as ever. We are ogling less at international celebrities and the designs worn by them because guess what… our favourite Indian stars have given us some major reasons for style stalking. That’s right, our celebrated actresses (say yes to girl power) have stunned their way through the 70th Cannes Film Festival red carpet.

We loved Deepika Padukone in a one-shoulder emerald green piece by Lady Gaga’s stylist-turned-designer Brandon Maxwell. Then there was Aishwarya Rai who sported a floral Georges Hobeika gown looking summer fresh (and gorgeous as always). We’ll also mention Hollywood’s Nicole Kidman who looked great in a custom-made Calvin Klien ballerina tutu, and Jourdan Dunn in her Elie Saab floral number. There was Kendall Jenner’s grand one-shoulder piece by Giambattista Valli and not to forget Peter Dundas’ take on the jumpsuit sported by the stunning Emily Ratajkowski. Obviously the style moments witnessed were plenty, and there’s more to come. From evening gowns to daywear, A-listers have been dazzling their way down the red carpet and we just can’t take our eyes off them.

Other than star-power and style extravaganza, Cannes 2017 red carpet has also been a platform to showcase several beauty moments. We hope you didn’t miss Deepika’s fierce and dramatic aqua eye makeup or Kristen Stewart’s cat-eye look; we sure loved it. The Cannes Red Carpet has now seen it all. Maybe not yet. From Grace Kelly and Brigitte Bardot gracing this legendary red carpet to today’s’ fashionistas, it’s certainly been a fashion-furious ride. We can’t wait to see future turnouts.

If you’re busy stalking (and we know you are) here are a few looks to dote over and they also happen to be our favourites at WODROB. Write to us at @wodrobmagazine on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram and tell us which one won your heart!
