Aguilar de Narha
I am Aguilar de Narha from Assassin’s Creed. The character comes out in the movie that’s releasing on the 21st of this month and I think it’s going to be really special. I love the game and I can’t wait for the movie. The costume was very difficult to make though. I had to get a lot of stuff custom-made and had to work really hard to find others, but I think it paid off in the end.
I’m the one and only – Batman. You’re asking Batman if he likes the way he dresses? I am Batman. Most of the stuff that you see in my costume is D-I-Y. So the belt, the gun and the shield – I made them all myself. The rest was all black cloth and pant – very easy to find.
I didn’t even know the character existed until my friends told me that she’s just as crazy and unpredictable as I am. Have you seen the way she loves The Joker? I love her so much! It was so much fun dressing up like her! I loved doing the makeup – I made sure it looked just like her. The jacket was a little hard to manage but the rest was regular stuff. I made the tee and choker myself. I think I look just like her, don’t I?
I am dressed as Harry Potter. He’s so grounded, he’s the best! For the costume, I’m just wearing a red tee and trousers beneath the cape. So that was pretty easy to manage. The difficult bits were the cape and the broom, but they turned out well so I’m happy.
I am Jack Sparrow! Or wait, can you call me Jackie Sparrow? Because I’m obviously a female, and he’s not (laughs).
I love that he’s not bad or good. That he just is. I worked on the costume over the span of about a month, searching and working on the right fabric and trinkets. For Jack Sparrow’s hair, I bought a witch’s long wig, then cut and styled and painted it. I looked for beads and feathers, and then finally dyed a scarf.
I’m The Joker and I think he’s so unconventional, I love that about him. Also, I think he’s the only character who’s super sane, so yeah, that’s really cool. The clothes are very regular, as you can see. The quirky bits were what I had to do myself. So I painted my face and coloured my hair. The smile turned out really nice, I think.
Super Girl & The Punisher
I love that the Punisher has suffered a great loss. He’s an anti-hero, and that’s the coolest thing about him. this costume was easy to make, except for The Punisher symbol. I had to paint that, and the paint kept getting absorbed into the cotton of the T-shirt, so I had to keep painting that spot until the colour showed up. Don’t ask her anything about the character, she won’t know. I tell her everything she knows!
I am Sasuke Uchiha! He’s an anime character who avenges the death of his family and is the coolest criminal! All the pieces of this costume were things I already had; the difficult part was making sure it looked right! I think I did a fine job, what do you think?
Our Favourites !
Vengeful spirit- DOTA 2
Nazgul - LOTR
Kisame hoshigaki and 4th Hokage
Enormous positive energy and excited faces made this event a great success. No wonder people wait for it with bated breath every year. It was obvious that it took a lot of hard work and time to make the costumes as perfect as they were, but what was beautiful to see was their love and passion for the characters they grew up with and that warmth reflected in the costumes they chose to sport!
